WHO WE ARE
Sandra Hall & Associates is a mental health and substance abuse facility dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal emotional and personal growth. Sometimes, the way we perceive and think about things can get in the way of those very goals. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is the approach used by our therapists to identify and modify the feelings that don’t serve us and can lead to destructive patterns of behavior. Through recognition and problem-solving, clients will feel able to make better choices that can ultimately lead to a happier and healthier life. We work with adolescents, adults, families and groups with a wide range of personal concerns and backgrounds. Our practice is dedicated to providing services in an atmosphere of caring and compassion and we are committed to ensuring client confidentiality, ethical behavior, and delivering the highest standards of care.
